Vision.Toolbox Monitoring displays the folder structure and file counts clearly in the browser – fully on-premises, without cloud services, and without users needing direct access to the files or paths.

Graphical tree view in the browser
The folder structure is displayed as an interactive, expandable tree. Folders containing files are highlighted and show the count in brackets.
File count including all subdirectories
The count shown per folder includes recursively all files from all subfolders – even if they have not yet been expanded.
Configurable file formats
Define which formats are counted – individual types such as PDF, multiple formats combined, or all files.
Automatic & Manual Refresh
The refresh interval is freely configurable. In addition, the page can be manually refreshed at any time via a button.
Network access without file permissions
The application can be accessed either locally only or on the network via IP address – users see only counts, not file paths or contents.

Open the appropriate URL in your browser. On first launch, read and accept the licence terms once.

The tree view opens with the configured start depth. Click on a folder to load the complete subtree and navigate to a specific location.
